Would you like to put up your property, apartment or villa (located on the French Riviera) for seasonal rental but you do not wish to manage it? We will take care of it. We gather our competences in order to offer you an ideal quality of service for a personalized reception of your tenants. 

We are offering the following concierge-related services:
- Check-in / Check-out (inspection of the property after each tenant, provision of local products for their arrival and customer service
- Management of the laundry (washing and ironing)
- Housekeeping (after each departure or during the stay)
- Ad management (Putting ads online, bookings)
- Key safekeeping (free of charge)
- Transfers (Nice airport)
