Services and Rates

Check-in / Check-out

During check-in we will welcome your guests, ascertain the state of the property, make an inventory and answer their questions (where to find great places to be, restaurants, etc.…) We will hand over the keys and wish them a very pleasant stay, specifying that we will remain at their disposal at all times.
For check-out we will also ascertain the state of the property, carry out the inventory, recover the keys, take note of their comments and wish them a safe trip home. We will send you a report via email.

Rates for check-in / check-out / fulfilled services
- Check-in or Check-out from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.: 25 euros
- Check-in or Check-out from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.: 50 euros  
- Any further fulfilled service: 25 euros
- Any further fulfilled service between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. : 50 euros

Housekeeping
Up to 30 m²: 60 euros
Above 30 m²: 0,5 euro/m²

Laundry management
Per person: 15 euros 

All-in –one service 
Rate: 20 % of the rental price
We take care of the entire management of the property.
Check-in, check-out, housekeeping, laundry management, Ad and booking management: We manage and optimize your online ads on rental sites that correspond to your property.

Transfers
By day from 7 a.m. to 8.p.m.:
- To Nice airport: 60 euros
By night from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.:
- To Nice airport: 100 euros
